How to use your Advantage Card for free entry to Windsor Castle

💳 Admission to Windsor Castle is free for Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Advantage Card holders. You are able to book in advance or turn up on the day. If you turn up on the day, admission will be provided on the next available timeslot, subject to availability.

💳 To book in advance please call the Ticket Sales and Information Office on +44 (0)303 123 7304. Please note that a £2.00 transaction fee is payable on all telephone bookings. There is no option to book in advance online.

💳 Your pre-booked tickets will be available for collection from the ticket counter on the day of your visit upon presentation of the correct number of valid Advantage Cards. Please also bring a second form of ID with you, showing proof of name and address, in case requested.

💳 Only cards with a photograph of the cardholder and an in-date expiry date will be accepted.

💳 Children must have their own card, which can be applied for on the above link also.
