My Royal Borough
Our goal is to provide support for both the reopening and recovery of Our Royal Borough over the unlocking period and the transition out of the national lockdown. We have created a plan, which includes training, innovative engagement tools, clear communications, and effective campaigns to support our business and local communities throughout this process.

As of 10 December
✅ From 10 December: wear a face covering in most indoor public places and on public transport (hospitality, night-time venues, and gyms are exempt).
✅ From 13 December: work from home if you can.
✅ From 15 December: use the NHS Covid vaccination pass (app), or show a negative LFT result (if you’re not vaccinated), for nightclubs and other indoor and outside venues.
✅ Open a window if you’re meeting others indoors.
✅ Test regularly with a LFT, especially if you’re going out to socialise or visit vulnerable family/friends, and self-isolate if you’re positive, followed by a PCR.
✅ If you haven’t already, get your jabs or booster.

With our Don’t Let your Guard Down campaign in full swing, and with the implementation of an innovative AI “tech for good” platform to seek out citizen feedback on what they’d like to see on their high street, we ask you to:
