There are a number of events planned around the Royal Borough to commemorate Armed Forces Week and Reserved Day.

The Annual Royal Windsor & Eton Duck Race takes place on Saturday 29 June 2024 at 4pm, and we are looking for your support in sponsoring business duck(s) for the day.

Carers’ Week – a week of raising awareness and highlighting the challenges unpaid carers face and the contributions they make to families and their communities – is taking place between 10 - 16 June 2024.

Admission to Windsor Castle is free for Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Advantage Card holders. You are able to book in advance or turn up on the day.

Windsor Castle brings 1,000 years of history directly into classrooms: Through 2024, Royal Collection Trust will offer an expanded programme of outreach and virtual school learning sessions, inviting schools from around the UK and beyond to bring Windsor Castle into the classroom through in-person and online school sessions.

There is a full season ahead at Ascot Racecourse for 2024, and local residents can enjoy £5 off tickets on certain days.

There is a full programme of events lined up for 2024 at Royal Windsor Racecourse, starting with a season opener on Monday 15th April! There are some discounts available for local residents.

This April, there is a free Easter egg trail running throughout Windsor town centre, and everyone is welcome to join in. The hunt starts the minute you step off the train onto the platform at historic Windsor & Eton Riverside station…

Our International Women’s Day event held at Windsor & Eton Brewery on Friday 8th March, raised over £1,100 for the charity, through donations on the door and an amazing raffle - very generously supported by a host of local businesses.
